Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy
Thank you for shopping with Curtains Studio.
Please read our policy carefully to understand when refunds, replacements, or cancellations are allowed.
1. Order Cancellation
1.1 Customer-Initiated Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order.
Once the order is processed, packed, or shipped — cancellation is not possible.
1.2 How to Request Cancellation

1.3 Automatic Cancellation
Your order may be cancelled automatically if:
Payment is not completed
The item is out of stock
Your shipping address is incomplete
You will be notified if this happens.
2. Return Policy
2.1 Eligibility for Return
We accept returns only if:
Wrong product received
Damaged product received
Defective product
Item not matching the description
2.2 Non-Returnable Items
We do NOT accept returns for:
Used products
Items damaged after delivery
Customer’s change of mind
Customized or personalized items
Items without original packaging
Clearance/sale items (if applicable)
2.3 Return Window
To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
2.4 Conditions for Return
Returned product must be:
Unused
In original condition
In original packaging
With all tags & accessories included
3. Replacement Policy
3.1 Replacement Offered Only When
The product received is damaged
Wrong item delivered
Manufacturing defect
3.2 Replacement Time
Once the returned item reaches us and is inspected, a replacement will be shipped within 3–5 business days.
4. Refund Policy
4.1 When Refunds Are Issued
Refunds will be issued if:
Order cancelled before shipping
Replacement is not available
Product lost in transit
Return is approved after inspection
4.2 Refund Method
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase (via Razorpay).
4.3 Refund Processing Time
Refund will reflect in your account within:
5–7 business days for Razorpay
Some banks/UPI may take longer
4.4 Deductions
Shipping fees or COD charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the error is from our side.
5. Items Damaged During Shipping
If you received a damaged product:
Take photos/video of the product & packaging
Contact us within 24–48 hours
We will verify and offer a replacement/refund
6. Incorrect Address / Delivery Failure
Refunds will not be issued if:
Customer entered an incorrect address
Customer was unavailable for multiple delivery attempts
Courier returned the parcel due to customer negligence
Reshipping charges may apply.
7. Return Shipping Cost
If the issue is from our side (wrong/damaged product)
We will bear the return pickup charges.
If the return is due to customer reason
Return shipping cost (if applicable) must be borne by the customer.
