1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 12–14 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by an additional 1–2 days.
2. Shipping Time
Delivery time depends on your location:
Domestic Shipping (India)
Minimum Delivery Time: 12–15 business days
Maximum Delivery Time: 10–12 business days
Rural or remote areas may take longer.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Free shipping may be offered during promotions or above certain order values.

Courier companies usually attempt delivery 2–3 times.
If the customer is unavailable:

Customers may need to pay reshipping charges
8. Damaged or Lost Packages

Please take photos and contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery.
We will arrange replacement or refund (based on policy).
Lost
If the courier confirms the package is lost, we will issue a refund or send a replacement at no extra cost.
